We are seeking dedicated individuals who will assist our clients during times of high volume. As a call center representative, you will be responsible for entering first notice of loss reports into our insurance carrier client's claims system, providing support to customers and responding to inquiries.
To be considered for this role, interested candidates must have a minimum of three years of experience working in a call center environment, possess excellent communication skills, and have access to a dedicated workspace. A computer with Windows 10/11 is required. Macbook/Chromebooks are not compatible with our claim filing system. and Knowledge of property insurance claims is a plus. As the position is temporary and based upon the client's needs, extended working hours may be required, for which overtime will be paid.
